  "text": "SEPA must ensure that an authorisation for the treatment and storage at a treatment facility of waste batteries must include such conditions as it considers appropriate to ensure that—\n(a) treatment, at a minimum, includes the removal of all fluids and acids,\n(b) treatment, and any storage, including temporary storage, takes place on impermeable surfaces with suitable weatherproof covering or in suitable containers.",
