# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 16: Calculation of emission limit values


All emission limit values are to be calculated—
(a) at a temperature of 273.15K,
(b) a pressure of 101.3kPa,
(c) after correction for the water vapour content of the waste gases, and
(d) at a standardised O2 content of—
(i) 6% for solid fuels,
(ii) 3% for combustion plants, other than gas turbines and gas engines using liquid and gaseous fuels,
(iii) 15% for gas turbines and gas engines.
