  "text": "(1) SEPA must be informed of significant changes in the type of fuel used or in the mode of operation of the plant.\n(2) Where informed of a significant change in accordance with sub-paragraph (1), SEPA must decide whether the monitoring requirements in paragraph 32(1) to (4) and (6) of this schedule are still adequate or require to be adjusted.",
