# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 1: Scope


(1) This schedule applies to the incineration and co-incineration of solid and liquid waste at a waste incineration plant or waste co-incineration plant.
(2) Paragraph 2 applies for the interpretation of—
(a) this schedule,
(b) the definition of the activity of incineration and co-incineration of solid and liquid waste at a waste incineration plant or waste co-incineration plant.
