# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 13: Authorisations: review of conditions


(1) SEPA must periodically review and, where necessary, update permit conditions.
(2) SEPA must periodically review, and where necessary, update standard conditions applicable to waste incineration and waste co-incineration activities.
