  "text": "(1) Total emission limit value (C) (ng/Nm3) for dioxins and furans expressed as average value measured over the sampling period of a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 8 hours is 0.1.\n(2) Total emission limit values (C) for heavy metals expressed as average values over the sampling period of a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 8 hours are—\n(a) for Cd and TI, 0.05,\n(b) for Hg, 0.05.",
