# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 1: Scope


(1) This schedule applies to petrol vapour recovery activities,
(2) Paragraph 2 applies for the interpretation of—
(a) this schedule,
(b) the definition of a petrol vapour recovery activity.
