# The Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Transitional


The amendment of the principal Regulations set out at regulation 2 above shall apply to ROMP application made and not determined before the coming into force of these Regulations where the applicant has failed to supply an environmental statement within 6 months after the coming into force of these Regulations.
