  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Environmental Noise (England) Regulations 2006 ( S.I. 2006/2238).\nRegulation 3 amends regulation 19 so that the date by which airport operators must submit their action plans to the Secretary of State is extended to 30th June in 2008 and 2013.\nRegulation 4 corrects certain typographical errors in Schedule 2.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the public, private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
