# The Environmental Noise (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Environmental Noise (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009; and
(b) come into force on 25th July 2009.
