Article 2 Provisions coming into force on 7th December 1990

Section 105 in so far as it relates to paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to the 1990 Act but only to the extent that it confers power to make regulations under section 11D of the Radioactive Substances Act 1960^f1 shall come into force on 7th December 1990.
