# Environmental Protection Act 1990, Paragraph 9


In section 1(1)(g) of the Hovercraft Act 1986 (power to exclude noise nuisance proceedings), after the word “1974” there shall be inserted the words “ or Part III of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. ”
