  "text": "(1) SEPA may recover as a civil debt any—\n(a) fixed monetary penalty;\n(b) variable monetary penalty;\n(c) non-compliance penalty;\n(d) costs required to be paid under a costs recovery notice;\n(e) late payment interest; or\n(f) late payment penalty.\n(2) The amount is recoverable as if it were payable under an extract registered decree arbitral bearing a warrant for execution issued by a sheriff of any sheriffdom.",
