# The Environmental Regulation (Relevant Offences) (Scotland) Order 2014, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Environmental Regulation (Relevant Offences) (Scotland) Order 2014 and comes into force on 31st December 2014.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.
