# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Avon Valley) Designation (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 5: Amendment to Schedule


In Schedule 4 (conservation plan operations) to the principal Order—
(a) for paragraph 3, there shall be substituted the following two paragraphs:
“3 The creation or restoration of ponds.
3A The restoration of ditches.”;
(b) after paragraph 7, there shall be inserted the following paragraph:
“8 The reintroduction of pollarding management for neglect trees.”.
