  "text": "“SCHEDULE 1\nCAPITAL ACTIVITIES\nArticles 2(1) and 5(1)\nThe planting of hedges (including the provision of hedge banks where appropriate), the laying and the coppicing of hedges and the restoration of non-stockproof hedges and hedgebanks.\nThe control of bracken or scrub.\nThe restoration of farm buildings using traditional materials.\nWorks to protect historic and archaeological features.\nThe reversion of land to heathland.\nThe provision of fencing and water supplies associated with the re-introduction of livestock for grazing.\nThe creation or restoration of ponds.\nThe restoration and re-planting of traditional orchards.\nThe selection and tagging of saplings to develop into hedgerow trees.\nThe provision or restoration of gates, stiles and footbridges where an agreement includes requirements as to public access.\nTree planting.\nFencing to exclude livestock from woodland.\nOther works associated with habitat restoration or enhancement.”",
