This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1992/1920 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument

Laid before Parliament 1st September 1992
Coming into force 2nd September 1992
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18(1), (4) and (11) of the Agriculture Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
