Explanatory note

This Order corrects an error in the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992 (“the 1992 Order”). It provides that the provisions of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1987 (S.I. 1987/653) and the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation (Amendment) Order 1988 (S.I. 1988/491) (both of which were revoked by the 1992 Order) shall continue to apply to agreements under those Orders made prior to the coming into force of the 1992 Order.
