Article 2
(1)
The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2)
In the Schedule there shall be added after the word “interest” at the end of paragraph 10(b)(vi) the following:—
“; and
(vii)if the farmer so wishes, a grazing plan and other measures necessary to conserve, enhance or extend water margins, the width of which must be at least 6 metres.”.
