  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992 by an amendment to paragraph 10(b) of the Schedule to that Order to enable a farmer, if he so wishes, to include in his farm conservation plan a grazing plan and other measures necessary to conserve, enhance or extend water margins in the area affected by the Order.",
