# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Amendment Order 2001, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 8th March 2001.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992.
