# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992, Paragraph 8


The farmer shall preserve the amenity value of the landscape by screening or removing unsightly waste tips and dumps and the removal of abandoned vehicles and scrap metal and other rubbish.
