# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breckland) Designation (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 4: Rates of payment under agreement


In article 6 of the principal Order, in paragraph (1), in the table, in the right hand column—
(i) for the figure “110” there shall be substituted the figure “140”,
(ii) for the figure “300” there shall be substituted the figure “350”,
(iii) for the figure “125” there shall be substituted the figure “130”, and
(iv) for the figure “350” there shall be substituted the figure “370”.
