# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breckland) Designation (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 5: Amendment to Schedule


In Schedule 7 (conservation plan operations) to the principal Order, for paragraph 4, there shall be substituted the following two paragraphs:
“4 The creation or restoration of ponds.
4A The restoration of pingos.”.
