  "text": "“SCHEDULE 1\nCAPITAL ACTIVITIES\nArticles 2(1) and 5(1)\nProvision of water supplies and fencing where necessary to facilitate the reintroduction of livestock for grazing.\nManagement of scrub.\nWorks designed for the supplementary treatment of heathland or reverted heathland, including soil disturbance, the introduction ofCallunaspecies and heather management.\nThe creation or restoration of ponds and the restoration of pingos.\nRestoration of reedbeds and sedgebeds.\nControl of bracken.\nThe provision of feeding areas in sites located away from heathland.\nThe planting or coppicing of hedges.\nConstruction of water-penning structures.\nRestoration of pine belts and lines.\nThe provision of rabbit-proof fencing.\nWorks to protect historical and archaeological features.\nThe provision and restoration of gates, stiles and footbridges where an agreement includes the requirements as to public access.\nStump removal and any other necessary ground-preparation on sites reverting from forest to heath.\nOther works for the restoration or enhancement of wildlife habitats.”",
