Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cairngorms Straths) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 15th August 1996.

In this Order–

  • “the principal Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cairngorms Straths) Designation Order 1993f1.
