  "text": "An agreement shall include—\n(a) as regards land which is the subject of the agreement and which is not broadleaved woodland, the requirements specified in paragraph 1 of the Schedule; and\n(b) as regards land which is the subject of the agreement and which is broadleaved woodland, the requirements specified in paragraph 2 of the Schedule,\nas to agricultural practices, methods and operations and the installation and use of equipment.",
