  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends, with effect from 1st July 1997, the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Clun) Designation Order 1993 (S.I. 1993/456, amended by S.I. 1994/921, 1995/190, 1996/3104), which designated an area in the vicinity of Clun as an environmentally sensitive area.\nSubject to a saving provision, the Order amends the rates of payment to be made by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food pursuant to a management agreement made under section 18(3) of the Agriculture Act 1986 (article 4).\nAn amendment is also made to add an option to the operations that may be included in a conservation plan (article 5).",
