  "text": "“SCHEDULE 1\nCAPITAL ACTIVITIES\nArticles 2(1) and 5(1)\nThe renovation of farm buildings using traditional materials.\nThe regeneration of suppressed heather.\nThe control of bracken.\nThe planting, laying or coppicing and gapping of hedges not otherwise subject to a management programme under the agreement.\nThe creation or restoration of ponds and the restoration of wet areas, wet meadows and river banks.\nThe creation of hay meadows.\nThe management of scrub.\nWorks to protect historic and archaeological features.\nThe provision and restoration of gates, stiles and footbridges where an agreement includes requirements as to public access.\nOther works for the restoration or enhancement of wildlife habitats.”",
