  "text": "“SCHEDULE 1\nCAPITAL ACTIVITIES\nArticles 2(1) and 4\nThe restoration of farm buildings using traditional materials.\nThe control of bracken or scrub.\nWorks to protect historic and archaeological features.\nThe planting, laying, coppicing and gapping-up of hedges.\nThe regeneration of suppressed heather.\nThe creation or restoration of ponds.\nThe rebuilding of walls and banks using traditional materials.\nThe provision or restoration of gates, stiles and footbridges where an agreement includes requirements as to public access.\nTree planting.\nThe provision of fencing and water supplies associated with the re-introduction of livestock for grazing.\nReversion to rough land, moorland, heather moorland or other heathland.\nRestoration or replanting of traditional orchards.\nFencing to exclude livestock from woodland.\nThe provision of cattle grids.\nThe provision or restoration of timber gates and gateposts (including granite posts).\nOther works associated with habitat restoration or enhancement.”",
