Article 2 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas Designation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 3rd July 2006.

In this Order—

  • “the principal Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas Designation Order (Northern Ireland) 2005.
