  "long_title": "This Order amends a series of Orders previously made by the Secretary of State for Wales, namely the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cambrian Mountains) Designation Order 1986, the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cambrian Mountains—Extension) Designation Order 1987 and the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Lleyn Peninsula) Designation Order 1987, which designated areas in the Cambrian Mountains and the Lleyn Peninsula as environmentally sensitive areas. The Order inserts a definition of “cow” and for clarification substitutes a new definition of “livestock unit” (articles 3and 4).",
