# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Essex Coast) Designation (Amendment) Order 1999, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order “the principal Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Essex Coast) Designation Order 1994, as amended at the date that this Order comes into force.
