# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Exmoor) Designation (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1995, Article 2: Amendment


Article 6(3) of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Exmoor) Designation Order 1993 shall be amended by substituting for the words “at the rate per annum of £2.40 for each 10 metres of hedgerow”, the words “at the rate per annum of 24p for each metre of hedgerow”.
