  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Exmoor) Designation Order 1993 (“the principal Order”) which designated an area on Exmoor as an environmentally sensitive area.\nSubject to saving provision, this Order amends the rates of payment to be made by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food pursuant to a management agreement made under section 18(3) of the Agriculture Act 1986 which includes the additional provisions for the management of stockproof hedgerows by traditional means, specified in Schedule 4 to the principal Order.",
