# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Exmoor) Designation (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1998, Article 4: Amendment of the principal Order


In Schedule 1 to the principal Order (capital activities), for the words “Fencing associated with the exclusion of stock under the woodland tier” there shall be substituted “Fencing associated with the exclusion of stock in woodland”.
