# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Exmoor) Designation (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1998, Article 5: Amendment of the principal Order


In Part I of Schedule 2 to the principal Order (management activities), with respect to the rate of payment specified in respect of item 14 (hedgerow management), for “£24 per metre” in column 2 there shall be substituted “£0.24 per metre”.
