  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1998/1302 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nAGRICULTURE\nMade 30th August 1998\nLaid before Parliament 11th September 1998\nComing into force 16th October 1998\nWhereas, pursuant to section 18(1) of the Agriculture Act 1986, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (“the Minister”) has by order designated an area in Exmoor as an environmentally sensitive area;\nNow therefore, the Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18(1) and (4) of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Order:",
