Article 4 Rates of payment under agreement

In article 6 of the principal Order—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (a), for the amount “£12” there shall be substituted the amount “£14”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b), for the amount “£25” there shall be substituted the amount “£27”;

(iii)

in sub-paragraph (c), for the amount “£32” there shall be substituted the amount “£38”;

(iv)

in sub-paragraph (d), for the amount “£30” there shall be substituted the amount “£34”;

(v)

in sub-paragraph (e), for the amount “£40” there shall be substituted the amount “£50”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), in the table, in the right-hand column, for the figure “50” there shall be substituted the figure “60”.
