  "text": "“SCHEDULE 1\nCAPITAL ACTIVITIES\nArticles 2(1) and 5(1)\nThe planting, coppicing or laying of hedges.\nThe regeneration of wildlife habitats, including suppressed heather, juniper scrub and water margins.\nThe control of bracken.\nThe renovation of farm buildings using traditional materials.\nThe creation of flower-rich meadowland.\nWorks to protect historic and archaeological features.\nThe provision and restoration of gates, stiles and footbridges where an agreement includes requirements as to public access.\nThe creation or restoration of ponds.\nTree-planting.\nPollarding of trees.\nRestoration and replanting of traditional orchards.\nFencing associated with the exclusion of stock under the woodland tier.\nThe provision and restoration of timber gates and gate posts.\nOther works for the restoration or enhancement of wildlife habitats.”",
