Article 8 Rates of payment under agreement

The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Loch Lomond) Designation Order 1987(^f1), and the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Loch Lomond) Designation (Amendment) Order 1988(^f2) are hereby revoked, save that their provisions shall continue to apply to agreements made on or before 31st July 1992.
