# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (North Kent Marshes) Designation (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 5: Amendment to Schedule


In Schedule 4 (conservation plan operations) to the principal Order, in paragraph 3, before the word “restoration” there shall be inserted the words “creation or”.
