# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (North Kent Marshes) Designation (Amendment) Order 1999, Article 3: Amendment of the principal Order


Part I of Schedule 2 to the principal Order (management activities) shall be amended as follows–
(a) in paragraph 1, for “130” there shall be substituted “120”; and
(b) in paragraph 2, for “200” there shall be substituted “230”.
