This Order amends the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Pennine Dales) Designation Order 1992, which designated an area in the Pennine Dales as an environmentally sensitive area, by substituting a new definition of “managed woodland” so that the definition covers woodland for which grant has been obtained under either the Forestry Act 1967 or under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (article 3).
