  "text": "(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Pennine Dales) Designation Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs of this article.\n(2) In paragraph (1) of article 2 (interpretation) the definition of “managed woodland” shall be revoked.\n(3) In article 6 (rates of payment under agreement)—\n(a) in paragraph (2)—\n(i) for “£210” there shall be substituted “£240”,\n(ii) the words “or Schedule 3” shall be revoked, and\n(iii) the phrase beginning after the second comma shall be revoked; and\n(b) in paragraph (3), for “£15,000” there shall be substituted “£20,000”.\n(4) Schedule 3 is revoked.",
