# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Shetland Islands) Designation Amendment Order 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas(Shetland Islands) Designation Amendment Order 2001 and shall come intoforce on 8th March 2001.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the EnvironmentallySensitive Areas (Shetland Islands) Designation Order 1993.
