# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Somerset Levels and Moors) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 2: Amendment


(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Somerset Levels and Moors) Designation Order 1922 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.
(2) In article 6 (rates of payment under agreement).—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “£125” there shall be substituted “£130”; and
(b) in paragraph (2), for the table there shall be substituted the following table:
