  "text": "–\n(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (South Downs) Designation Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.\n(2) In paragraph (2) of article 6 (rates of payment under agreement), for the table there shall be substituted the following table:\n“\nOption\n£ per hectare of land per annum\n1\n290\n2\n250\n3\n80\n”.",
