# The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (South Downs) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 2: Amendment

(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (South Downs) Designation Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.
(2) In paragraph (2) of article 6 (rates of payment under agreement), for the table there shall be substituted the following table:
