Article 2 Amendment of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Stewartry) Designation Order 1993

In paragraph 10(b)(vi) of the Schedule to the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Stewartry) Designation Order 1993^f1 there shall be inserted after the words “and ponds” the words “and measures to create dykes, hedges and ponds, in each case”.
